Good Afternoon Jonathan Valley Families,

This message contains information about Memorial Day, EOGs, Spring picture packages, yearbooks,  fifth grade recognition, June 2nd Fun Day,  the last day of school, and Summer Learning Choice.  All information in this phone call may also be found through the email connected to this phone number account, on Remind, and on the JVE website. 

HCS will recognize Memorial Day on May 31st.  School will be closed on this day.  

Important information about EOGs, scores, and retesting was sent home on Friday.  This information is printed on blue paper.  

Spring picture packages were recently sent home.  Picture payment or picture packages should be returned to school by June 1st.  The entire package has been sent home with students, because there is not enough time in the Spring to order and ship pictures by the last day of school.  If you do not plan to purchase any pictures please return them to school.  

If you did not order a yearbook and are interested in purchasing one, the extra ones will be available for purchase at the front office on a first come, first serve basis beginning on Tuesday morning, June 1. The cost is $20.00, and they will be on sale next week until we run out. Please make checks out to Jonathan Valley.

Fifth grade recognition will be June 4th at 8:30.  Families of fifth grade students are invited to join us in the gym to celebrate our fifth graders.  

All students will enjoy a day of fun with Coach Owings and our Specials teachers on June 2nd.  Kona Ice will also be paying JVE a visit and all of our students will get to enjoy a cold, shaved ice, treat. 

The last day of school will be June 4th.  

Summer Learning Choice information was sent home with students on Friday.  This packet contains paperwork that needs to be completed and returned to school by June 2nd.
