Good Afternoon Jonathan Valley Families,

 

This message has information about Springing forward, PTA, 27 week assessments, Heart Health Challenge, April 1st early dismissal, the upcoming Panther Party on April 7th, and elementary nights for softball, baseball, and soccer at Tuscola High School.

 

We Spring forward this weekend.   Don’t forget to update all of your clocks and devices.  

 

JVE would like to welcome our new, incoming, PTA President, Mrs. Ashleigh Brown.  She is excited to get started.  If you are interested in joining the PTA or volunteering to help with some upcoming events just give us a call at JVE, and we will pass your information along to Mrs. Brown.  

 

Twenty-seven week assessments will continue this week with 5th grade Math on Tuesday.  Students who were absent for their assessments will also be making them up this upcoming week.

April 1st will be a 12:30 dismissal to allow elementary teachers time to work on the mandatory LETRS / Science of Reading training that is scheduled for the rest of this year and the 2022-2023 school year.  

 

We are excited to have a Panther Party after school on April 7th from 3:15-5:00.  More details to come.  If you are interested in volunteering to help please give us a call, and we will pass your contact information on to  our PTA President.

 

Elementary students are invited to attend upcoming softball, baseball, and soccer games at THS.  Students are encouraged to wear JVE spirit wear / colors or THS spirit wear / colors.  Please see your email connected to this account, the Remind message, or our JVE website for specific dates and more information.
