Good Afternoon Jonathan Valley Families,

This message has information about a Title 1 Parent Survey, the End of Grade assessment schedule for the end of the school year, and 5th grade recognition.

Please see the electronic Title 1 Parent Survey that was sent through email, Remind, and posted on our website.  We value your feedback about our Title 1 program at JVE.

Title 1 Parent Survey

Our End of Grade assessments for 3rd – 5th grade are scheduled for the last ten days of school, May 19 – June 2.  June 2nd is the last school day for students.  A calendar for assessments was previously sent home with students.  This Thursday, May 19th, fifth grade students will take the Science EOG assessment.  Please make sure your child gets plenty of rest the night before, eats breakfast at home or at school, and arrives at school before the tardy bell rings at 8:10.  Tardy students may be required to make up the Science assessment on a different day, so it is very important students are on time.  

Fifth grade recognition will be Thursday, June 2nd, at 9:00am in the gym.  Please plan to join us as we celebrate our fifth graders on their final day of school at Jonathan Valley.
