We have had a blast…literally…this week at Camp Invention. From creating all sorts of things from duct tape to building a castle and dragon and cannon out of boxes and cups to launching rockets, we’ve had a great time experiencing, learning, and asking questions. Who knows, maybe the next Neil Armstrong was building a planet or a moon out of styrofoam this week in the Jonathan Valley cafeteria or the next Steve Jobs was taking apart an old iron to see how it works. Our children are our future and I’m so glad we could offer this opportunity for these kids to be inquisitive and have a hands-on summer STEM experience.
